For Skool community owners
Every membership answer.
Straight to your sheet.
Skootly captures the answers people give to your Skool membership questions, including their email, and adds one clean row per member to your Google Sheet. No Zapier. No copy-paste.
| Member Name | What's your best email? | What do you want to learn? | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jane Doe | jane@example.com | jane@example.com | Growing my community |
| Sam Lee | sam@example.co | sam@example.co | Launching my first course |
| Ana Ruiz | ana@example.net | ana@example.net | Getting more members |
How it works
Set it up once. Then just open your requests.
- 1
Add Skootly to Chrome
Sign in with a 6-digit code we email you. No password to remember.
- 2
Connect your Google Sheet
A 2-minute guided setup inside your own sheet. Skootly adds the headers for you.
- 3
Open your pending requests
Go to your community's membership requests in Skool. Skootly sends each new member to your sheet, then you approve in Skool like always.
Why owners use it
Your new members' answers, organized and ready for follow-up.
- Emails pulled out for you. If you ask for an email in your questions, it lands in its own Email column, ready for your email list.
- No duplicates. Refresh the page as often as you like. Each request is added once.
- You stay in control. Skootly never approves, declines or messages anyone. You keep using Skool normally.
- Works with your questions. One, two or three questions, whatever you ask. Each question and answer gets its own column.
- Private by design. Answers go to your sheet. We delete them from our servers as soon as they're written.
FAQ
Questions owners ask
Do I need Zapier or a paid Skool plan add-on?
No. Skootly works straight from your browser while you review membership requests. There's nothing else to connect or pay for.
Does Skootly approve members for me?
No. Skootly only reads the requests you're already looking at and copies the answers to your sheet. Approving and declining stay with you in Skool.
Where does my members' information go?
Into your own Google Sheet. Skootly keeps the answers only until they're written to your sheet, then deletes them. See our privacy policy.
Can I use it for more than one community?
Yes. Every row includes the community name, and each community can send to the same sheet or a different one.
What happens after the free trial?
You can subscribe from your account page. If you don't, Skootly simply stops sending new members. Your sheet stays yours.
